Membership terms

These terms cover My Fasting Mentor memberships bought on this website. They add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Memberships bought inside the iPhone app are billed by Apple under Apple’s terms instead.
1. Your trial
At checkout you choose your trial price ($0.50 to $18.37, whatever feels fair to you) and get 7 days of full access to the app.
2. Automatic renewal
Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your membership renews automatically at $29.99 per month. It is charged to the payment method you used at checkout, every month, until you cancel. Checkout shows the exact date your trial ends.
3. Prepaid plans
Right after checkout we may offer you a prepaid plan instead of paying monthly (12 months for $99.99, 6 months for $59.99, 3 months for $39.99). If you choose one, it’s charged right away to the card you just used and replaces your trial and monthly plan. It renews at the same price for the same length of time until you cancel, and you can cancel it the same way.
4. Cancelling
Cancel anytime online at reset.myfastingmentor.com/manage: enter your email, open the secure link we send you and choose Cancel subscription. You can also email support@myfastingmentor.com. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the trial, month or prepaid plan you’ve already paid for.
5. Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with your results, email support@myfastingmentor.com within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund everything you’ve paid in full: your trial price and any monthly or prepaid plan payment in that time. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and banks usually show them within 5–10 business days. A refunded membership is cancelled, so you won’t be charged again. After 30 days, payments aren’t refundable except where the law requires.
6. Price changes
If the monthly price ever changes, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
7. Your statement
Charges show on your card or bank statement as PAYLOOP* FASTINGMENTOR or MY FASTING MENTOR. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
